It can be overwhelming to know where to start when it comes to our hormone health. Typically, the only solution we ever learn to help with problems like reducing PMS symptoms, regulating our cycle, stopping hormonal acne and avoiding unwanted pregnancy is hormonal birth control, but in reality, we can have control over all of the above with certain lifestyle shifts that allow our bodies to become more balanced. Since 16 years old, I never had a normal menstrual cycle and have PCOS. I was actually put on birth control so that my period would start, and the bigger cause of the issue was never looked further into. It was only after my experience with cancer that I started really diving deeper into my health and learned how to naturally balance my hormones through nutrition, exercise and stress management practices.

Now, I’ve learned how to support my body through each phase of the menstrual cycle, naturally regulated my cycle and reduced PMS symptoms without any medication or synthetic hormones, and I’ve created this program to help you do the same.
